Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping:

  • Inside Caroline's Closet offers free standard shipping on all orders
  • If a customer chooses to expedite their order, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping costs as Inside Caroline's Closet does not cover shipping costs for non-standard shipping
  • Inside Caroline's Closet is not responsible for stolen packages. After completing a purchase, you will receive tracking info for your package via email. If your package does get lost or stolen once delivered, we cannot be held accountable and you will need to contact your postal service.

Return Policy:

  • You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We offer free returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • You can exchange an item within 14 days of delivery, free of charge
  • All returns will be refunded to the payment method originally used at checkout

Condition of Return/Exchange

All product(s) must be returned: 

  • unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition it was shipped out in
  • with all original tags still attached
  • not smelling of perfume, deodorant, or detergent
  • free of stains, including make-up or other product marks

Promo Code Policy:

  • Promo codes are one time use only and can not be combined with other promo codes
  • Promo codes are limited to one per customer
  • A promo code is no longer valid once it reaches its listed expiration date
